Objectives

The Aims:

The objectives of the faculty of Pharmacy are summarized in the following points:

• Meeting the needs of the local and regional community for qualified pharmacists in response to the rapid development of the health sectors in the world.
• Participate in improving the drug policy in Jordan for more rationalization of drug consumption, via collaboration with national health authorities and other pharmaceutical sectors.
• Enhancing and improving pharmaceutical patient care.
• Productive scientific collaboration with pharmaceutical industrytowards developing newer and safer formulations and medicines; and offeringsolutions pertaining to problems faced by the pharmaceutical industry.
• Raising the knowledge and professional performance of pharmacists working in various pharmaceutical fields.
• Collaboratewith the Jordanian Pharmacists Association (JPA) regarding the continuous pharmaceutical education program.
• Creating a motivating environment to foster scientific research.
