Foundation of the College of Arts and Languages

       The emergence of the Faculty of Arts and Languages ​​came with the establishment of the university during the academic year 2006-2007 AD to be one of the main faculties on which the university is based. An ethical and value dimension that integrates the two dimensions of personality, collecting them on a solid scientific basis and presenting them on a positive behavioral basis, passing through the dimension of vital participation with the academic and administrative apparatus of the university and its student body by participating in or creating parallel activities, and ending with openness to the local community and an attempt to benefit from the capabilities, experiences and competencies that advance the college’s march towards a promising future.

        The college includes six academic programs for the undergraduate level: Arabic language and literature, English language and literature, translation, media and communication technology, graphic design, history, in addition to the supporting courses unit and the Language Center.

      The college offers three master's academic programs: English Language and Literature, Translation, Design and Visual Communication. The college seeks to develop the Arabic language and literature, and media and communication technology programs during the academic year 2022-2023.

        Developing and strengthening the system of principles and good values ​​in the various pillars of the educational process in the College of Arts and Languages ​​is one of the vital issues that are constantly being worked on, by seeking to apply transparency and accountability, achieving justice, integrity, academic freedom, quality, excellence, accuracy, commitment, honesty, dialogue, respect for opinion and other opinion and working in a spirit The team and the dissemination of the concepts of tolerance and moderation, in line with the requirements of the times and the requirements of the labor market, leading to the achievement of the college’s vision, mission and objectives, by relying on effective scientific management to direct its activities and various programs to ensure the achievement of quality in performance at various levels.
