My students, dear brothers, honorable parents, allow me on behalf of myself and on behalf of my colleagues, Dean of the College of Business and faculty members in the Department of Customs Sciences, to welcome you most beautifully to the new Department of Customs Sciences, which is unique in its thought and aspirations. The department is able and contributing, even with a limited part, in bridging the large gap that remains between graduates and the requirements of the local and regional labor market, and we agree with the customs authorities on the importance of providing good and appropriate training for new graduates, on customs issues and customs clearance issues on goods . We also affirm the existence of a theoretical framework based on a unified and agreed upon set of concepts, customs, assumptions and principles, as this is extremely important.
