- Objectives
The objectives of the faculty of Pharmacy are summarized in the following points:
- Meeting the needs of the local and regional community for qualified pharmacists in response to the rapid development of the health sectors in the world.
- Participate in improving the drug policy in Jordan for more rationalization of drug consumption, via collaboration with national health authorities and other pharmaceutical sectors.
- Enhancing and improving pharmaceutical patient care by graduating highly qualified and professional pharmacists.
- Productive scientific collaboration with pharmaceutical industry towards developing newer and safer formulations and medicines; and offering solutions pertaining to problems faced by the pharmaceutical industry.
- Raising the knowledge and professional performance of pharmacists working in various pharmaceutical fields.
- Collaborate with the Jordanian Pharmacists Association (JPA) regarding the continuous pharmaceutical education program.
- Creating a motivating environment to foster scientific research.
