Vision, Mission and Core Values

The program seeks to occupy a prominent position in the Arabic language and literature specialization by achieving a high level of quality in teaching, research and community service, keeping pace with developments in the educational and pedagogical fields and in the fields of knowledge formation, scientific research and acquiring language skills, to graduate a generation of serious learners and researchers qualified to serve their language and their country and their nation, who are open to the culture and civilization of the other. The mission of the program is to spread literary, linguistic and critical knowledge within an educational system characterized by integration, development and openness, and to prepare specialists in literary and linguistic studies, equipped with sufficient communicative skills and qualified to apply this knowledge and experience in the fields of research and all fields of work that require the employment of Arabic, its literature and techniques, absorbing the nation’s heritage. We are open to the approaches and visions of others, while consolidating the values ​​of belonging, developing critical thinking skills, self-learning and teamwork.
