Vision, Mission and Core Values

Vision:

The department's vision is to be a model and pioneer in education and transfer of literary and scientific experiences and knowledge consistent with Arab, Islamic and human moral values, and studying the past to understand the present and to anticipate the future and harnonize between originality and contemporary and excellence at the the local, regional and global level.

Mission:

The Department of History seeks, within its plan, to provide distinguished education opprtunities to keep pace with the continuous development of areas of scientific research that contribute to the development of society in accordance with academic standrds in order to serve the Jordanian community and others, adopting the academic work model and professional ethics, and preparing a highly qualified graduate to meet the needs of the labor market.
