Visit visas are required for entry into the Jordan. Citizens of certain countries are exempted from the visit visa requirement. Please consult with the nearest Jordan embassy or consulate. We will be glad to provide you with any supporting documents that you may need, such as an invitation letter indicating the acceptance of your abstract. Buses will be available to and from the Conference Venue as per the following schedule:

• The pickup time will be 8:00 a.m. daily from the recommended hotels to the Conference Venue.

• The buses will leave the Conference venue at 3:00 p.m. daily to the recommended hotels.
