- Attract distinguished competencies as faculty members and administrative staff.
- Cooperate with academic and administrative units in performance evaluation.
- Empower employees by providing PD and training in line with environmental developments.
- Apply quality Assurance (QA) to all services and activities provided by the Human Resources Department and focusing on the quality of outputs.
- Ensuring that the decisions and procedures issued by the Human Resources Department are in line with the university’s applicable regulations and the regulations of HEIs in private sector.
