The Faculty of Educational Sciences (ESF) is responsible for the preparation of educational cadres of teachers and school administrators and supervisors educators and counselors, psychologists, As it plays this vital role, it hopes to perform a significant service for its local community and its great Jordanian country. The (ESF) offers programs at the bachelor’s level, and at the master’s level.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences (ESF) also seeks to achieve quality in preparing educational leaders scientifically and professionally, in accordance with the university's vision, and the Ministry of Education's initiatives to achieve the vision; we have worked on updating graduate studies programs to be in line with those trends and visions, which were translated into a partnership agreement between the Faculties of Educational Sciences at Jadara University and the Hashemite University, embodied in the PhD program, leadership and educational policies.
The (ESF) was established on 2006-2007, and The Faculty of Educational Sciences (ESF) includes seven departments: Special Education - Psychological and Educational Counseling - Family Reform and Guidance - Kindergarten - Physical Education - Educational Administration - Educational Technology.

The faculty members have completed a set of research papers that have been published or accepted for publication, and research supported by the Deanship of Scientific Research at Jadara University, or by the Scientific Research Fund, in addition to their participation in many conferences, seminars and various field studies at home and abroad.

As a result, becomes a national success story, in terms of Rating, Ranking, Teaching, Research, Community Services, Creativity, Innovation, Governance, Leadership, Excellence and Entrepreneurship. Jadara University aims to bring to the market deliverables of quality such as raising Graduate’s competitiveness, quality Education that meets global standards, distinguished learning outcomes and serving national development through an optimal investment of human resources. The University will be a center of bringing to the global market skilled workers armed with education, humanity, good citizenship as well as modern skills.
